BrainRivals is a free cognitive performance platform. You can take tests, compete on leaderboards, and track your progress over time. No payment is required to use any feature. We reserve the right to add paid features in the future — these will always be optional.

• –You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• –One person, one account. Multiple accounts to game the leaderboard is cheating.
• –Your username must not impersonate others or contain offensive content.

The leaderboard is only meaningful if scores are genuine. The following are not allowed and may result in account suspension:

• –Using scripts, bots, or automation to submit scores.
• –Manipulating the client to send fake or modified scores.
• –Exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage. (Please report bugs instead.)
• –Creating multiple accounts to boost rankings.

We use automated anti-cheat detection. Flagged scores are removed without notice.

Your username and avatar are publicly visible on the leaderboard and your profile. Don't use anything that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights. We can remove or rename accounts that violate this.

We aim to keep BrainRivals available 24/7 but can't guarantee it. We may perform maintenance, add features, or change the platform at any time. We're not liable for downtime or data loss, though we do our best to prevent both.

All content on BrainRivals — design, code, test logic, copy — is owned by BrainRivals. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission. Your own scores and profile data remain yours.

BrainRivals tests are for entertainment and personal insight — they are not medical or psychological assessments. Results should not be used to make clinical or diagnostic decisions.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll tell you why unless doing so would compromise anti-cheat measures.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by the updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BrainRivals after changes means you accept the updated terms.
